Each piece of jewellery from Ultimate Collections is carefully checked and beautifully packed before it makes its way to you.
We will happily issue you a full refund If for some reason you receive damaged or broken jewellery only. We do everything to ensure all products are supplied to you in good working condition. You the customer will incur the cost and responsibility of items until safely delivered to the registered premises of Ultimate Collections Jewellery. We ask that you contact us via any form of communication available on the websites “contact us” page before the faulty item is sent, all returns Must be received with the original invoice received. If the item is returned with such faults within 15 days of the order being placed the customer shall be offered a replacement or full refund to be processed within 14 days. If the item is returned outside of 30 days of the order being placed said products will be forward to manufacturers to be dealt with via their manufacturing warranties.
We reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund items that are not returned within the timeframes mentioned above.
All refunds will be issued using your original method of payment as soon as the returned items have been received.
We recommend that you send the items by recorded mail, as we cannot be responsible for goods which fail to reach us.
Postage cannot be refunded.
